MainServ Technologies: Terms Of Service

 

Billing:


MainServ Technologies or MainVoice Communications will have the right to set up your services of your choosing only if a full payment is made. Every client will have to pay the full amount of the services before any setups are to be made. There will be a reminder from your billing cycle with in 5 days and you have the responsibilities to pay the charges before the deadline of the billing cycle. MainServ OR MainVoice staff will have the right to disrupt, suspend, or cancel your services if the payment is not received. There will be a recurring subscription for some specific services, and you will be notified if you would like to remove the subscription on the services. This may or may not happen depending on the services you have. If there is a billing mistake that we have done, example; billing you twice in one month, or you did not receive your services with in 7-9 days we will offer a full refund for your services that you ordered. Should the mistake be done by the client we will not refund the order. There is also a no refund policy once you purchase it you are stuck with it. Also if there is any fraud information we have the right to contact the authority to resolve the fraud issue with your account. We also have the right to go through your information if there is any emergency policy or issues that we may have with your account or the billing system. If you resell or mistreat your services we have the right to cancel your services with out a refund, unless you have a written agreement from Management.

 

What we provide:

MainServ and MainVoice offers the top quality VoIP/Dedicated/Game servers and Web hosting services. We support our boxes with the top bandwidth providers. We also offer for each client 24/7 customer support through email, billing, irc and live support.. You must give us a time limit due to the traffic of the support system. If you dont receive any emails from the support department with in24 hours please send and email to support@MainServ.us. We will complete your support and issues that you may have with your services as soon as we possibly can. All support will be approved only if support ticket is sent through the Main Voice Communications or MainServ Technologies Support system only.

 

Upgrades:

All upgrades will not take affect during the current billing cycle, all new upgrades will take place during the start of the new billing cycle. If the client needs an immediate upgrade the client must pay the prorated price for the upgrade, but the client will not get an extended dates with in their billing cycle. This would also mean a new invoice price when the recurring payment is due.

 

Set ups:

All setups are to be made with in 24 hours of the day of purchase. It may change on any specific services such as dedicated servers and many more, you will be notified the setup rate on the description of the order form.

 

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy requires an email request to billing@MainServ.us or a ticket sent to http://billing.mainserv.us requesting a cancellation on the server. It is mandatory you provide the name on the account and your server ftp user name and password. Cancellations in mIRC and live support must be verified by email to the account holder to be considered canceled. As extra we strongly advice you to cancel your paypal subscription or any other recurring account you have to our services. As long as you pay for it your services will NOT go down. We do NOT offer refunds if this is a screw up on your part since you are held responsable for ANY service with MainServ Technologies or MainVoice Communications.

 

Dedicated Servers:

Due to the traffic of dedicated server clients, we have limited availability of your dedicated server boxes specs. If we don't have the spec in stock that you picked we will give you a full refund for your order. Please allow up to 7 days for your services to be set up. You billing cycle will include the 7 days while your boxes are being set up. Depending on the specs you have we may need more time to set up your services, the less equipment the faster it will be set up. We will give you a default root password in your email. Custom control panel will not be included with your server boxes.

 

Our policies:

may change at any time. It is the responsibility of our clients to monitor this page to keep up to date and current with our TOS agreement. Failure to comply with our TOS may be just cause for Main Voice Communications and MainServ Technologies to terminate our agreement. No other contract shall negate any part of our TOS agreement. We always reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
